About


Dr. Di Fu completed her doctoral training in human-robot interaction at the Department of Informatics, the University of Hamburg (UHH), with Prof. Dr. Stefan Wermter from 2017 to 2020, and in cognitive neuroscience at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) with Prof. Dr. Xun Liu from 2014 to 2020. She is currently a postdoc research fellow of UHH, with research interests in audiovisual crossmodal attention, computational modeling of human behaviors, and human-robot social interaction.

Dr. Di Fu has published research articles in high-impact academic journals and computer science conferences as Public Administration Review (the first publication by a mainland Chinese Psychology group), International Journal of Social Robotics, Frontiers in Integrative Neuroscience, Science Bulletin, Science China, Advances in Psychology Sciences, IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS), IEEE International Conference on Robot & Human Interactive Communication (RO-MAN), IEEE International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN), etc. 

She has been the ad-hoc reviewer for the PeerJ, International Journal of Social Robotics, and Frontiers in Psychology. IEEE International Conference on Developmental and Learning (ICDL).

She serves as a committee member of the Chinese Association for Psychological & Brain Sciences and the Chinese German Association for Biology and Medicine.
